Returns & Replacements

 

Due to hygiene standards, used pet beds cannot be returned.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost.

If your pet doesn’t take to the bed, reach out and we’ll do our best to help with a fair resolution.
